# mart_race_driver_summary

> One row per driver-race, shaped for plain-language explanations ('why so slow at Monza').

One row per driver-race, shaped for plain-language explanations ("why so slow at Monza"). Grain: (driver\_id, race\_id). rating\_s is int\_driver\_race\_skill\_loro's driver\_skill\_loro\_s (median lap-by-lap gap to the teammate; negative = faster), ranked within the race. ci\_low / ci\_high are rating\_s +/- 1.96 x the standard error of clean-lap driver\_skill\_residual\_s: a lap-noise band, not the season Bayesian CI. Component means are over ml\_eligible laps (seconds, positive = slower).
