Part of the Marts family.

Race-level event dimension. One row per event (damage, retirement, penalty). Currently populated from the raw_dim_events seed (manual entries for 2021). No dbt model refs it today; it is published as a parquet for the app. It is not joined onto fct_lap_residuals or int_lap_anomaly_flags.
